Mixing yoga and financial education helps you stretch into healthy money habits and live the lifestyle you desire: physically, mentally and financially. It includes vinyasa yoga flows, breath work, meditation, and money exercises.

Yoga was one of the first things I started when I finally began to change my relationship with money. I noticed it had a positive impact on the way I took action every day, which is why I’ve added it to my financial education practice.

Sometimes it’s difficult to be financially productive if you’re mentally and physically stressed or overwhelmed all the time. No day is perfect, but you can use yoga and financial education to elevate your life personally and professionally.
